Prep + Cook Time: 30 minutes Serves: 4 ๐ Ingredients For the Salmon: 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz / 170 g each) 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard (optional, for texture) 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste For the Green Beans: 1 lb (450 g) fresh green beans, trimmed 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced ½ tsp salt Freshly cracked pepper, to taste For Serving: Lemon wedges Fresh parsley or dill, chopped ๐ช Preparation Make the Dijon Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Prep Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and place on the baking sheet. Brush the Dijon glaze evenly over the tops. Prepare Green Beans: Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
