A little bit about me, my name is Carmela. I'm married with 5 kids and 1 of them made me a GLAMMA! My husband Sam and I both retired as U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman Chiefs with over 20 years of service, and now living the retired life in the Pacific Northwest! After retiring, we both needed to find something to do to occupy our times. We started a vegetable garden, fell in love with cooking and now just experimenting to perfect our craft. I love coffee, bacon and love to travel the world through food. Our lives revolve around our kids and grandkid, and food! And yes the occasional alcohol :) Be the change you wish to see in the world.
